A message from David Epner, President of Epner Technology
We've decided to go "live" with a new website, in spite of the fact that it's not as complete and polished as we intend to have it in the near future. However, we feel there is such a plethora of information as the site stands now, that we did not want to delay its publication. That said, I'd like to highlight a few facts about our company:
We're entering its hundredth year under the same family management! And what began as a jewelry repair business in 1910, is today a key supplier of high-tech engineering plating services to the aerospace, defense, medical and semiconductor industries.
Our unique and proprietary Laser Gold® process is specified on the drawings for space instruments, telescope optics and a myriad of engineering projects that require the plating know-how of a company dedicated to “actually doing what the drawing calls out.”

Epner Technology manufactures custom designed Infrared Light Pipes, Hollow Waveguides and Homoginizers. These are tubes lined with a highly polished infrared reflective coating of Laser Gold, which can be applied thick enough to permit these tubes to be used in highly corrosive atmospheres.
